dc.description.abstract Prime Bank Ltd., incorporated in 1995, has 20 branches all over the country as on 31 December 1999.Prime bank has decided not to merely be a conventional bank but a modern, progressive and dynamic bank to playa constructive roll in the economic development of the country. It has also decided that for better customer services, optimum productivity and higher investments; it will be professionally managed by using the modern information technology. It was the first bank to introduced lease finance, Hire purchase and consumer credit schemes in the banking sector. In view of the above, the bank, within a period of 5.5 years of its operations, has achieved good success and has been categorized 'A' class bank under CAMEL (Capital Asset Management Earning and liquidity) Rating by the Bangladesh Bank. It is the only bank in the banking history that could attain profitability in its first month of its diversified and innovation customer friendly services and products. It has been growing faster as one of the leaders of the new generation banks in the private sector in respect of business and profitability as in evident from the financial statements for the last five years. I have divided my report into two major sections focusing on the organizational aspects of Prime Bank Ltd. and the case study of Back To Back Lie. r have tried my level best to gather all the relevant information about Back To Back LlC and presented a true case, which will help the Business student to understand how a BTB LlC processing is carried out. fn the second part r have presented a true case on BTB LlC and enclosed all the documents. en_US
