Abstract:
Human Resource Management is a process of managing human resources in a organization to
maximize employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives. An
organization cannot manage a good team of working professionals without a good HRM
solution. The world of work is rapidly changing. So, as a part of organization, Human Resource
Management (HRM) must be prepared to deal with effects of changing world of work. Any
organization, without a proper setup for HRM is bound to suffer from serious problems while
managing its regular activities. For this reason, today, companies must put a lot of effort and
energy into setting up a strong and effective HRM. In this project, we develop requirement
analysis and design of a HRM software solution. We have to develop this solution for a
company. We believe this HRM solution will definitely be useful for the company to manage
and maintain human resource smoothly. We have analyzed the included necessary functions in
our system as well as an effective user friendly interface for our system.
