Consequently, their suffering does not end. This paper provides a critical overview on the Legal Protection and Right to Property of persons with disabilities under Hindu Law. The purpose of the study is to examine existing provisions of laws, identify and analyze the gaps, and propose possible solutions. This study reveals the current legal status of persons with disabilities, and right to legal protection including right to property under existing legal framework is insufficient and weak.
