In this project we developed a medical software which is highly useful for any Medical. As modern
civilization requires digitalization, as a result the need of software is increasing everywhere, it not
only saves our time but also gives fastest output.
We analyzed users’ overview and developed this software for the sake of both patient and doctor.
Secondly, both of them have high amount of benefit by utilizing this software. As I already said
this is time consuming, it is also capable of saving all kind of data from patients. We also added
for admin label extra facility; all users are not capable to so all data.

In modern days, we must use various high-tech electronic devices and equipment to get our jobs
done and make the life easier. The purpose of this project is to design an Electronic Queue Control
System. Here, we have used 4-bit parallel registers (74LS175), BCD to 7-segment display decoder
driver (74LS47) and 7-segment display unit and an Arduino Uno board. Four I/O pins of Arduino
are arranging in the multiplexed form to send data to the display units. Different Clock pulses for
74LS175 registers have been used to save the input data in a particular register. 4-bit parallel
register save the input data from Arduino and send to the input of BCD to 7-segment display
decoder driver. Getting the output, BCD to 7-segment decoder driver display the binary number as
(0-9) in the 7-segment displays. This project will show how three 7-segment displays can be used
for counter numbers (0-9) (where services to the customers will be provided) and serial numbers (0-
99). The developed system can be used like a Queue Control system of any Supermarket checkouts,
Banks, Customer Care, Airport security etc. The system has been designed and implemented
practically. It is found that the system works perfectly.

The objective of this project is to develop a technology based health care system where each individual user have access to his/her total medical history and sharing option to the doctors for better solution. The name of the system is Smart Patient System. Through our system better decision making for both doctor and patient will be encouraged. The System can ensure the patients ownership of the data, increase the reliability, efficiency and accuracy of the treatment procedure which will be time consuming and satisfactory to both doctor and patient. We belief this kind of practice can reduce the corruption of medical business. The project is part of the coursework for ICE-498 at the East West University (EWU).

If the source of noise of an image is known then we consider that the noise is correlated with one portion of the noisy image. In this case the noisy of the signal or image is removed using adaptive algorithm. In this project work we removed noise from noisy images using LMS(Least Mean Square) algorithm then similarity between original and recovered images is measured using cross-correlation efficient. The step size of the algorithm is varied to get maximum value of cross-correlation co-efficient to achieve optimum step size.
