Abstract

The BBA internship program is a compulsory course for the students who are graduating from the East West University. It is three credits hour course duration of three months. Students who have completed all the required courses are eligible for this program. In the internship program I was attended with a host organization for the last three months. During this period I learned how the host organization works in the field of banking sector. The main theme of the internship is to gather practical experience and knowledge about the corporate banking activities of the financial sector in our country. It also helps a student compare to the theoretical knowledge with the practical field and this helps the students to get more exposure in the service life in a banking sector. I have evaluated the credit management performance of the united commercial bank ltd. in this report. You can understand the credit management performance when you go through the report.
