dc.description.abstract	A house rent database management system is designed and implemented to reduce the difficulties & sufferings of home-seekers in Dhaka. The new system provides easy access to user-registration, home-booking, and confirmation of appointment to meet with the home-owner through the admin. It‟s an online based database management system. So, people don‟t need to waste their time & money & efforts in seeking home. It works on first come first serve basis. Thus, it is a useful management system. This system has higher efficiency in terms of time taken, cost and data security protection.	en_US
