dc.description.abstract The main goal of the study was to identify the issues that the current institutional, legal, and regulatory framework had with ensuring environmental negligence justice on an equal basis. The study found that because of gaps in the legal and policy framework, common people were unable to directly pursue justice in court for environmental damage. The courts suffer from several issues s in the jurisdiction, and workloads. And Nobody can deny that negligence has damaged the environment. In addition to advancing progress, every innovation and technological advancement also increases the risk to human life. Accordingly, there arises an intense and an acute need of the law to keep pace with the need of the society along with individuals. As a result, the issue of environmental protection now affects the entire world and is not limited to any one nation or region. Nevertheless, I will make the legal point that tort law systems have certain significant characteristics that make them compatible with the objective of reducing environmental risks. en_US
