dc.description.abstract Every single human being is born free and with an equal amount of dignity and rights. People with disabilities are subjected to human rights violations, social stigma, and discrimination in every region of the world. However, people with disabilities cannot be separated from other humans. A person needs to be educated and employed to have any hope of living a dignified life. This thesis paper draws from qualitative research using content analysis to determine the overview of the right to education and employment of disabled people in Bangladesh from an international human rights perspective. Using existing laws, evaluate the extent to which the rights granted to people with disabilities under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, 2006 (UNCPRD) In Bangladesh, the current legal system for PWD rights is inadequately organized, and they are not sufficiently protected by the law. This thesis paper will try to provide a comparative examination of the rights of PWD from the perspective of other countries. And provides a suggestion to protection the rights to education and employment of disabled people. en_US
