dc.description.abstract Health and education are the basis of economic productivity. Healthy populations are critical for poverty reeducation economic growth and long-term development. In addition to traditional burden of communicable diseases, developing countries today are focused with increase in non-communicable diseases, mental illness and violence. Tobacco is a major contributor of these diseases, with now account for more than half of disaster This alarming increase threatens to undermine the economic and social environment. Tobacco in many regions around the world and can be legally purchased in all countries. The dried leaf of the plant Nicotiana Tabacum is used smoking, chewing and snuff. For much 20th century, smoking was regarded as a socially learned habit and as a personal. It is only in the past decade or so that the fundamental role of nicotine in sustaining smocking behavior has begun to be more widely accepted. en_US
