dc.description.abstract This report basically describes the automation of the Periodic Payments calculation of the corporate Finance department of BATB, and contains two more sub-reports. This main reports discusses about the organization's history, functions, products, markets, management and company profiles. The second part of the report is the system analysis and design of the periodic payments of the finance department and the third part is the more manual of the software that was developed for the calculation of the proposed payments system. As a company, BATB is the largest in this country in terms of asset and moreover and also in term of highest taxpayer to the government. It has about 51 % of the total cigarette market III Bangladesh and is the pioneer in its business. The second part of this report, as it has been said, contains system analysis and design, it the time and processes that will be saved if the proposal is accepted and the software is used. The third part is the User Manual, this will in details discuss how to use the database software The software has been termed "Utility Register" and will at this stage focus only of the utility part of the periodic payments. Later on the fixed recursive expenses can be added as separate module to the existing software. en_US
