dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to chart the stressful life of a Manager & the percentage of the stress of the Manager. The study is based on a literature study & quantitative study using a sample of8 Bangladeshi Managers. This analysis is mostly based on Questionnaire regarding Job Stress in Pharmaceutical Sectors. This questionnaire is designed to obtain data for research purpose which helps to calculate the percentage of stress level for the Managers of different Pharmaceutical Companies. The above analysis shows that stress level is much higher for them. They are more stressed after returning home from office. Sometime they experienced chest pain, shortness of breath or panic attack at work. Sometimes have work at home which gives them much pain. Sometimes they are isolated from their friends and family. They try to reduce their workload which is impossible. This also gives them more stress. en_US
